Role Overview: Our client in Dubai is seeking a professional with expertise in obtaining necessary approvals from various authorities for their construction and design projects. You will be responsible for managing the entire approval process, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely acquisition of permits.

Authority Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact with various government and regulatory authorities in Dubai (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defense).

Application Preparation: Prepare and submit all necessary documents and applications for project approvals.

Process Management: Track the progress of applications and proactively follow up with authorities to expedite the approval process.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all project designs and documentation comply with relevant regulations and codes.

Problem Solving: Address any issues or queries raised by authorities and find effective solutions.

Documentation Management: Maintain organized records of all submitted applications, approvals, and related correspondence.
