Role Overview: ABC Consultants is partnering with a client for a Team Buildout in Human Capital Consulting and is seeking experienced consulting professionals for an Associate Director or Consulting Manager role based in Mumbai. This position will focus on delivering impactful HR consulting services to clients within the Financial Services sector.

Project Delivery and Client Management: You will lead and manage human capital consulting projects for financial services clients, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

HR Strategy and Transformation: You will leverage your expertise to develop and implement HR strategies and drive HR transformation initiatives for clients in the financial services industry.

Rewards and Compensation & Benefits (C&B): You will design and implement rewards programs and compensation & benefits structures tailored to the specific needs of financial services organizations.

Job Evaluation and PMS Design: You will be involved in job evaluation methodologies and the design and implementation of Performance Management Systems (PMS).

Business Development: You may contribute to business development activities, including proposal development and client relationship management within the financial services domain.

Team Leadership and Mentoring: As an Associate Director or Consulting Manager, you may have the opportunity to lead and mentor junior consultants on project teams.

Industry Expertise: You will apply your strong understanding of the Financial Services industry to provide relevant and impactful consulting solutions.
