Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Human Resources to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This role will be crucial in supporting the HR Manager and driving strategic HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Statutory Compliance and Policy Development: You will continuously monitor and analyze statutory regulations, keeping the HR Manager informed of any changes in labor laws in a timely manner. Additionally, you will assist in formulating and updating HR policies and procedures in coordination with the HR Manager periodically to ensure compliance and best practices.

Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits Management: You will contribute to the continuous improvement of all Payroll, Compensation & Benefits processes and tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

HR Reporting and Analytics: You will provide detailed monthly reports on recruitment, staff attrition, HR personal cost, and any other reports as and when required by the HR Manager, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Performance Management and KPIs: You will partner closely with Business Leads in structuring and developing their respective teams' KPIs to maximize performance and employee engagement. You will also play a lead role in carrying out the performance appraisal cycle and ensure timely completion.

Talent Acquisition and Job Description Management: You will partner closely with Heads of Departments and the Talent Acquisition Specialist to review and evaluate job descriptions to ensure they are in line with evolving market changes and the business environment.

Strategic Business Partnering: You will engage in strategic partnering with the Business Units towards building a close rapport within the team, understanding their HR needs and providing effective support.

HRIS System Management and Employee Engagement: You will drive the HRIS system maintenance and improvements to ensure high data integrity and system efficiencies. Furthermore, you will organize employee engagement activities and promote a positive workplace culture.
