Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Human Resources to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This role will be crucial in supporting the HR Manager and driving strategic HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Statutory Compliance and Policy Development: You will continuously monitor and analyze statutory regulations, keeping the HR Manager informed of any changes in labor laws. Additionally, you will assist in formulating and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.

Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits Management: You will contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll, compensation, and benefits processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This includes analyzing market trends and recommending competitive compensation packages.

HR Reporting and Analytics: You will provide detailed monthly reports on recruitment, staff attrition, HR personal costs, and other key HR metrics. These reports will enable informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Performance Management and KPIs: You will partner with Business Leads to structure and develop team KPIs, maximizing performance and employee engagement. You will also lead the performance appraisal cycle, ensuring timely completion and fair evaluation.

Talent Acquisition and Job Description Management: You will collaborate with Heads of Departments and the Talent Acquisition Specialist to review and update job descriptions, ensuring they align with market trends and business needs.

Strategic Business Partnering: You will build strong relationships with Business Units, acting as a strategic partner to support their HR needs and foster a positive work environment.

HRIS System Management and Employee Engagement: You will drive the maintenance and improvement of the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and system efficiencies. You will also organize employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
