Role Overview: Golf and Shooting SHJ in Sharjah, UAE, is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Human Resources to support the HR Manager in overseeing all aspects of the human resources function. This role requires a strong understanding of UAE labor laws and a proactive approach to HR management.

Regulatory Compliance and Policy Development: You will continuously monitor statutory regulations related to labor laws, ensuring timely updates to the HR Manager on any amendments. You will also assist in the periodic formulation and review of HR policies and procedures in coordination with the HR Manager.

Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits Improvement: You will contribute to the continuous improvement of all Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits processes and tools, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

HR Reporting and Analytics: You will be responsible for providing detailed monthly reports on key HR metrics, including recruitment, staff attrition, HR personnel costs, and any other reports as required by the HR Manager, utilizing data to inform HR strategies.

Business Partnering and KPI Development: You will partner closely with Business Leads to structure and develop their respective teams' Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), working collaboratively to maximize performance, drive employee engagement, and align individual and team goals with organizational objectives.

Performance Appraisal Cycle Management: You will play a lead role in the execution of the performance appraisal cycle, ensuring timely completion of all stages and providing guidance to employees and managers on the process to foster a culture of continuous feedback and development.
