Role Overview – Al Marjan Island is hiring an Assistant Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Ras Al Khaimah. This position is ideal for motivated hospitality and operations professionals with strong management expertise, integrated resort and development knowledge, and the ability to support operations effectively, supervise staff, ensure quality standards, coordinate activities, support guest satisfaction, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic mixed-use resort and real estate development.

Operations Support and Coordination – You will support resort and development operations by assisting management, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring smooth functioning. You will support operational efficiency, address issues, and maintain service standards. You will contribute to effective operations supporting guest experience and business objectives.

Staff Supervision and Management – You will supervise operational staff by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing direction, and supporting team coordination. You will oversee team members and maintain service standards. You should provide effective frontline supervision and leadership.

Guest Services and Satisfaction – You will support guest services by assisting with inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining satisfaction. You will support staff in delivering exceptional service and ensure positive guest experience. You should prioritize guest satisfaction and experience.

Facility and Property Management – You will support facility operations by coordinating maintenance, tracking facility condition, and ensuring operational readiness. You will support equipment availability and property maintenance. You should understand facility management fundamentals.

Resort Operations Management – You will support resort operations by coordinating activities, managing schedules, and supporting service delivery. You will oversee various operational aspects supporting guest experience. You should understand resort operations.
