Job Description

Role Overview – Larope Restaurant is hiring an Assistant Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for motivated hospitality professionals with strong operational expertise, restaurant management knowledge, and the ability to support restaurant operations effectively, supervise staff, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain quality standards, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic food service and restaurant organization.

Restaurant Operations Support – You will support restaurant operations by assisting the restaurant manager, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring smooth functioning. You will support operational efficiency, address operational issues, and maintain service standards. You will contribute to effective restaurant operations supporting customer experience and business objectives.

Staff Supervision and Coordination – You will supervise restaurant staff by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing direction, and supporting team coordination. You will oversee service staff, kitchen coordination, and operational personnel. You should provide effective frontline supervision.

Customer Service Excellence – You will ensure customer service excellence by supporting guest experience, addressing concerns, and maintaining service standards. You will support staff in delivering exceptional service and resolve customer issues. You should prioritize customer satisfaction.

Service Operations Management – You will manage service operations by overseeing seating, pacing service, managing tables, and coordinating server activities. You will ensure efficient service flow and positive guest experience. You should manage service operations effectively.
