Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Assistant HR Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role will focus on managing HR functions for a large workforce, with a strong emphasis on employee welfare, engagement, and camp management.

Large Workforce Management: You will be responsible for overseeing HR operations for a workforce of 2,000+ employees, ensuring efficient and effective management of all HR functions.

Employee Welfare and Engagement: You will develop and implement employee welfare and engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment, enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.

Camp Management: You will manage camp operations, including overseeing camp staff, facilities, and employee accommodations, ensuring a comfortable and well-maintained living environment.

Camp Employee Management: You will handle all aspects of camp employee management, ensuring their well-being, productivity, and adherence to company policies and regulations.

HR Compliance: You will ensure HR compliance with all relevant labor laws, company policies, and government regulations, minimizing legal risks and ensuring ethical practices.

Grievance Handling and Employee Relations: You will manage grievance handling, conflict resolution, and employee relations, addressing employee concerns and fostering positive workplace relationships.

Interdepartmental Coordination: You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless HR operations, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across the organization.

Leadership and Problem-Solving: You will provide strong leadership and problem-solving skills to handle large-scale HR functions effectively, addressing challenges and implementing strategic solutions.
