This full-time, on-site role in Dubai offers a stable opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional to contribute to the financial operations of a well-established, internationally recognized organization with a significant presence in the UAE.

The Assistant Accounting & Tax Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of Invade Agro Global's Dubai office, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions. Core responsibilities include preparing and maintaining general ledger entries, managing accounts payable and receivable processes, and conducting bank reconciliations. You will play a key role in ensuring full compliance with UAE tax regulations, including preparing and filing VAT returns accurately and on time. You will also support the company's internal and external audit processes, providing all necessary documentation and responding to auditor queries. Additionally, you will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review and contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software will be essential for analyzing financial data and generating insightful reports.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one years of UAE accounting experience, with a solid understanding of VAT filing and UAE tax regulations. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. You must have hands-on experience supporting audits and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or SAP. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication abilities, are essential for success in this role.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, offering a competitive monthly salary of AED 4,500–5,000, commensurate with experience.
