Role Overview – DAMAC Properties is hiring an Architect specializing in Technical Audit and Quality Control for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced architectural professionals with strong technical expertise, comprehensive knowledge of Dubai building standards, and the ability to conduct technical audits effectively, ensure quality standards compliance, review design and construction compliance, manage quality assurance, and support project delivery excellence within a dynamic real estate development environment.

Technical Audit Coordination and Execution – You will lead comprehensive technical audits of construction projects, design plans, and completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. You will develop audit checklists, conduct site inspections systematically, document findings, identify non-conformances, and prepare detailed audit reports with recommendations for corrective actions.

Design Review and Compliance Assessment – You will review architectural and engineering designs for compliance with Dubai Municipality requirements, DEWA standards, building codes, and project specifications. You will assess design quality, identify potential constructability issues, verify code compliance, and provide technical feedback to design teams.

Construction Quality Assurance – You will establish and oversee quality assurance programs for construction activities by developing quality standards, conducting inspections, and verifying compliance with specifications. You will monitor workmanship quality, identify deficiencies, implement corrective actions, and maintain quality documentation throughout construction phases.

Dubai Municipality and Building Code Compliance – You will ensure all project activities comply with Dubai Municipality requirements, UAE building codes, and local construction standards. You will maintain knowledge of regulatory updates, review documentation for compliance, coordinate with municipality authorities, and support project approvals and inspections.
