Air Cargo Operations Management: The Air Cargo Operations Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end air cargo operations, ensuring smooth processing of export and import shipments. The role requires strong knowledge of airline procedures, cargo handling standards, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely movement of goods.

Shipment Planning & Coordination: This position involves planning and coordinating daily air cargo shipments, preparing operational schedules, and ensuring accurate execution of booking, acceptance, and delivery processes. The executive must manage multiple shipments simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.

Documentation & Compliance Handling: The role includes preparing and verifying all air freight documentation, including airway bills, manifests, and supporting commercial documents. Strict compliance with UAE aviation regulations, airline requirements, and international cargo standards is essential.

Airline & Agent Liaison: The Air Cargo Operations Executive will maintain strong relationships with airlines, ground handling agents, and service partners to negotiate space, resolve operational issues, and ensure priority handling of shipments when required.

Customer Service & Issue Resolution: The role requires responding to customer queries, providing shipment updates, handling escalations, and resolving operational challenges efficiently. Strong communication skills are essential to maintain long-term client trust and satisfaction.

Operational Performance & Reporting: This position supports operational reporting, service performance monitoring, and process improvement initiatives. The executive is expected to contribute to maintaining a strong service record through accuracy, efficiency, and proactive problem-solving.
