Role Overview: Rock and Up is seeking a proactive and efficient Admin/Receptionist to become a vital part of our team. You will be responsible for supporting our daily office operations and ensuring a smooth and organized workflow for everyone.
Schedule and Meeting Management: You will expertly manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and organize meetings, ensuring that calendars are accurate and that all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.
Communication and Correspondence Handling: You will be the point of contact for handling correspondence, managing emails, and facilitating effective office communication, both internally and externally.
Record Keeping and Office Supplies Management: Maintaining organized records and files, as well as ensuring an adequate stock of office supplies, will be key responsibilities to keep our office running seamlessly.
Document Preparation Assistance: You will assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and official documents, utilizing your attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Administrative Support to Management and Team: Providing crucial administrative support to management and other team members will be essential to help everyone perform their roles effectively.
