Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrative & Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Bur Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and coordinating operational activities to ensure smooth business functions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of proven experience in administrative, secretarial, or operations coordination roles. You will be tasked with maintaining office efficiency, supporting senior management, handling correspondence, managing schedules, and coordinating day-to-day operational activities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential as you will be interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include document management, meeting coordination, calendar management, travel arrangements, and operational support across various departments. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high attention to detail. Experience in similar roles within the UAE market is highly advantageous.
