Job Description

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.

Office Management: Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient office environment.

Communication Handling: Manage correspondence, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries.

Document Management: Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.

Scheduling and Coordination: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

MS Office Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) effectively for various tasks.

Microsoft 365 (Plus): Previous experience using Microsoft 365 is considered a plus.

Driving Responsibilities: May be required to perform tasks that necessitate a car license.
