Open Role – Admin Executive: We're hiring an Admin Executive to manage day-to-day clerical and office functions.
Organisational Support: Responsible for document control, scheduling meetings, managing files, and preparing reports.
Front Desk Operations: Handle visitor management, telephone queries, and correspondence professionally.
Multitasking: Must be able to juggle multiple admin responsibilities efficiently and remain detail-oriented under pressure.
Internal Coordination: Assist in procurement, travel bookings, and cross-department coordination as needed.
Reporting: Generate administrative reports, expense records, and maintain department logs.
