Job Description

Be the Backbone of Our Office: MAG is in search of an Admin Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced environments and has exceptional organizational skills.

Job Role: You’ll be responsible for scheduling, managing calendars, and maintaining overall office functionality.

Your Duties: From filing important documents to arranging meetings and overseeing administrative functions, your input will be essential to our daily operations.

Coordination Role: You’ll collaborate with different departments to ensure administrative support across the organization.

Efficiency and Accuracy: The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and a self-starter who can multitask and meet deadlines.

Soft Skills Matter: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with pressure are highly desirable.
