Job Title: AIDEC is urgently seeking an experienced Admin/Receptionist to manage front desk operations at our Abu Dhabi office. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and have a welcoming demeanor.
Job Responsibilities: Duties include greeting visitors, answering phones, managing incoming mail, and ensuring the reception area is always tidy and professional.
Administrative Duties: You will support general office operations by handling documentation, coordinating schedules, and supporting internal departments with clerical tasks.
Communication & Coordination: You will coordinate with various departments, maintain strong communication channels, and ensure a smooth daily workflow across teams.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Background: Prior experience in an engineering firm or similar technical setup is highly desirable. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.
