Takween Business Advisory, a Dubai-based professional services firm specializing in business setup, corporate compliance, and tax advisory, is seeking an Accounting & Tax Executive to join its growing team. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai presents an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors.

The Accounting & Tax Executive will be responsible for managing accounting and tax operations for a diverse client portfolio, covering core areas including UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, bookkeeping, and regulatory reporting . Core responsibilities include preparing and filing VAT returns, supporting Corporate Tax registrations and annual return preparation, and managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable processing, and bank reconciliations . The role also involves supporting client advisory on tax and regulatory matters, maintaining compliance frameworks, and ensuring that all financial records are structured in line with UAE tax and IFRS requirements .

The ideal candidate will have two or more years of accounting and tax experience, with UAE experience strongly preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Familiarity with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations is essential, as is proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books . Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client service are key attributes. Candidates with knowledge of AML/KYC compliance and client advisory support will be at an advantage .

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, requiring immediate availability. Takween Business Advisory offers a competitive monthly salary of AED 5,000–6,000, commensurate with experience.
