Day-to-Day Accounting Operations : The Accountant will manage daily accounting tasks for the clinic, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records according to UAE standards.

Healthcare / Clinic Financial Management : The role requires experience in medical or clinic operations accounting, including tracking revenues from treatments, patient billing, insurance claims, and supplier payments.

VAT Compliance and UAE Regulations : The Accountant will ensure full compliance with UAE VAT laws, prepare VAT returns, and maintain proper documentation. Knowledge of local accounting regulations and healthcare compliance is essential.

Payroll and Employee Benefits : The role includes managing payroll for clinic staff, calculating salaries, deductions, and allowances, and ensuring timely processing while complying with UAE labor laws.

Financial Reporting and Analysis : Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, analyzing variances, and providing management with insights to support decision-making will be a key responsibility.

Internal Controls and Audit Support : Maintaining strong internal controls, ensuring proper documentation, and assisting during internal or external audits are essential to maintain financial integrity and compliance.
