Role Overview: Accountant Executive – This role is designed for finance professionals with hospitality industry experience. The candidate will manage accounting functions, including accounts payable, cost control, and financial reporting, ensuring all operations comply with company policies and industry standards. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Financial Management: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks such as processing invoices, expense tracking, and account reconciliations. Ensure accurate reporting and maintain up-to-date records to support financial decision-making for hospitality operations.

Cost Control: Monitor and analyze operational costs, including food, beverage, and service-related expenses. Assist management in identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high service standards.

Accounts Payable Management: Oversee accounts payable activities, including vendor payments, verification of invoices, and coordination with internal teams for timely settlements. Ensure all transactions are accurate and comply with organizational policies.

System Expertise: Utilize accounting and ERP systems such as Sun System, Future Log, or FMC to maintain financial records, generate reports, and support audit processes. Provide recommendations for system improvements to enhance efficiency.

Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with departmental heads, finance managers, and auditors to ensure transparent reporting and compliance. Provide regular financial reports and insights to support strategic decisions in the hospitality business.
