Job Description
Financial Documentation: Support in preparing, filing, and managing financial paperwork such as invoices, receipts, vouchers, and account statements.
Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets while ensuring the data is up to date and well-organized.
Daily Support: Provide daily assistance to the accounting department by helping with routine clerical duties, invoice matching, and financial task coordination.
Records Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital financial records to assist in easy accessibility and periodic auditing.
Reconciliations: Help reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and internal ledgers to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Reporting: Assist in generating monthly and quarterly financial reports as needed by management, ensuring all entries are accurate and timely.
Accuracy: Follow financial policies and procedures carefully to maintain compliance and accuracy in all financial documentation.
Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other departments and accounting team members to support smooth operations and reporting deadlines.
