Job Description
Role Overview – Quality Kitchen Equipment Trading LLC is hiring an Accountant for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced accounting professionals with strong financial expertise, retail and trading industry knowledge, and the ability to manage accounting functions effectively, maintain financial records, ensure regulatory compliance, support financial reporting, provide accounting oversight, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic kitchen equipment trading organization.
Financial Transaction Recording – You will record financial transactions by entering data into accounting systems, classifying transactions properly, and maintaining transaction accuracy. You will ensure accurate transaction processing and comprehensive financial records. You should maintain transaction recording proficiency.
General Ledger Management – You will manage and maintain the general ledger by recording transactions, ensuring accurate account classification, reconciling accounts, and verifying balances. You will review transaction postings, investigate discrepancies, and ensure the general ledger accurately reflects company operations. You should manage general ledger effectively.
Accounts Receivable Management – You will manage accounts receivable by processing invoices, recording payments, maintaining customer account records, and tracking collections. You will prepare aging reports, monitor outstanding balances, and maintain accurate AR documentation. You should manage AR operations effectively.
Kitchen Equipment Sales Accounting – You will account for equipment sales by recording transactions, tracking revenue by product line, maintaining records, and supporting analysis. You will accurately document kitchen equipment revenue. You should manage equipment sales accounting.
Wholesale and Retail Revenue Recording – You will record wholesale and retail revenue by processing transactions, documenting sales, maintaining records, and supporting tracking. You will ensure accurate revenue documentation and support collection. You should manage retail and wholesale accounting.
