Job Description

Role Overview – Livingstone Facilities Management LLC is hiring an Accountant for a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for experienced accounting professionals with strong financial expertise, facilities management sector knowledge, and the ability to manage accounting operations effectively, oversee financial records, ensure regulatory compliance, provide financial support, and contribute to organizational success within a professional facilities management organization.

Financial Transaction Recording – You will record financial transactions by entering data into accounting systems, classifying transactions properly, and maintaining transaction accuracy. You will ensure accurate transaction processing and financial record accuracy. You should maintain comprehensive transaction recording.

General Ledger Management – You will manage and maintain the general ledger by recording transactions, ensuring accurate account classification, reconciling accounts, and verifying balances. You will review transaction postings, investigate discrepancies, and ensure the general ledger balances with supporting documentation. You should maintain accurate general ledger records.

Accounts Receivable Management – You will manage accounts receivable by processing invoices, recording payments, maintaining client account records, and following up on outstanding invoices. You will prepare aging reports, implement collection strategies, and maintain accurate receivable records. You should manage AR operations effectively.

Client Invoice Management – You will manage client invoicing by creating invoices, processing billing, coordinating with clients, and supporting revenue collection. You will ensure accurate and timely billing supporting revenue. You should manage client invoicing.

Accounts Payable Oversight – You will oversee accounts payable by processing supplier invoices, coordinating payment processing, maintaining vendor relationships, and managing payment schedules. You will optimize payment timing, verify invoice accuracy, and maintain accurate payable records. You should manage AP operations effectively.

Vendor Invoice Processing – You will process vendor invoices by reviewing documentation, verifying accuracy, maintaining records, and supporting payment coordination. You will ensure accurate vendor invoice management. You should manage vendor invoices.

Bank Reconciliation – You will conduct bank reconciliation by comparing statements, verifying transactions, investigating discrepancies, and resolving issues. You will ensure bank reconciliations are completed monthly and maintain reconciliation documentation. You should perform thorough reconciliation.
