Role Overview –Sno Clinics is hiring an Accountant with 2 to 3 years of healthcare experience. Oracle experience is a plus. This position is ideal for accounting professionals who can manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure accurate accounting operations in a healthcare environment.

Financial Record Management – You will manage financial records by recording transactions, maintaining general ledger accounts, processing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate, complete financial records that support the clinic's financial management and reporting.

Healthcare Financial Operations – You will handle healthcare-specific financial operations including patient billing reconciliation, insurance claim accounting, managing healthcare revenue cycles, coordinating with medical billing teams, and understanding the unique financial aspects of healthcare operations.

Accounts Payable and Receivable – You will manage accounts payable and receivable by processing supplier invoices, managing payments, tracking patient accounts, following up on outstanding receivables, and ensuring timely collections and payments that support healthy cash flow.

Financial Reporting – You will prepare financial reports including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, variance analysis, and other reporting required by clinic management for financial oversight and decision-making.

Bank Reconciliation – You will perform bank reconciliations by matching transactions, identifying discrepancies, investigating variances, ensuring accuracy between bank statements and accounting records, and maintaining the integrity of financial data.

Budget Support – You will support budgeting processes by providing financial data, tracking budget performance, analyzing variances, preparing budget reports, and assisting management with financial planning.

Compliance and Documentation – You will ensure compliance with accounting standards, UAE regulations, and healthcare financial regulations by maintaining proper documentation, following established procedures, and supporting audit requirements.

Oracle System Usage – If you have Oracle experience, you will leverage Oracle ERP for accounting operations, financial reporting, data management, and utilizing system capabilities to support efficient financial management (Oracle is a plus).

Healthcare Experience – 2 to 3 years of healthcare accounting experience is required. Healthcare experience demonstrates understanding of medical billing, insurance claims, healthcare revenue cycles, and the financial considerations specific to healthcare operations.

Accounting Knowledge – Good accounting knowledge including understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, bookkeeping, and accounting processes is important for performing accounting responsibilities effectively.

Healthcare Financial Understanding – Understanding of healthcare financial operations including patient billing, insurance processes, medical coding impacts on accounting, and healthcare revenue management supports effective healthcare accounting.

Oracle Experience (Plus) – Oracle ERP experience is a plus. Familiarity with Oracle financial modules, reporting, and system operations provides advantage in this accounting role.
