Financial Operations: The role involves handling end-to-end accounting processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring. The Accountant will ensure timely posting of transactions, verification of invoices, and proper documentation to support internal audits and management reviews within a busy medical environment.

Regulatory Compliance: The Accountant will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with UAE financial regulations, healthcare accounting practices, and statutory requirements. This includes managing VAT filings, maintaining tax records, and ensuring all financial activities align with local laws and regulatory standards applicable to medical clinics.

Payroll Management: This position requires managing payroll processes with accuracy and confidentiality, including salary calculations, deductions, leave adjustments, and coordination with human resources. The Accountant will ensure payroll is processed on time while adhering to labor laws and internal clinic policies.

Financial Reporting: The Accountant will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing clear insights into clinic performance. These reports will support management decision-making, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning while highlighting cost controls and financial improvement opportunities.

Systems and Coordination: The role requires effective use of accounting software and coordination with external auditors, banks, and vendors.
