Daily Accounting Operations Management – The Accountant will manage the daily accounting functions, including recording financial transactions, preparing invoices, and reconciling accounts. This ensures smooth financial operations and timely reporting.

Accounts Payable and Receivable Oversight – The role requires handling AP/AR, processing payments, monitoring outstanding invoices, and ensuring timely collection and disbursement. Maintaining accuracy in these processes is key to financial stability.

Financial Reporting and Analysis – The Accountant prepares periodic financial reports, statements, and summaries for management review. They analyze discrepancies, provide insights, and support informed business decisions.

SAP Proficiency and System Management – The candidate will work extensively on SAP modules, managing ledgers, journal entries, and transaction records. Strong SAP knowledge ensures efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in all accounting activities.

Month-End and Year-End Closing Support – The Accountant participates in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring all accounts are reconciled, reports are generated, and financial statements comply with standards and regulations.

Compliance and Accuracy Assurance – Maintaining compliance with accounting standards, corporate policies, and UAE financial regulations is a critical aspect of this role. The Accountant ensures all entries, reconciliations, and reports meet professional and legal requirements.

Communication and Multilingual Capability – Fluent Arabic communication is essential for liaising with local clients, suppliers, and team members. The Accountant must also communicate effectively in English for reporting and collaboration.
