Comprehensive Accounting Support: The accountant will oversee core accounting areas including receivables, payables, reconciliations, and daily bookkeeping. This includes managing payment cycles, coordinating with vendors, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring financial entries are consistent with company policies and UAE accounting practices.

Expert Handling of Financial Statements: The candidate will be responsible for preparing trial balances, assisting with month-end closing activities, and supporting audit processes. This requires the ability to compile financial data, analyze patterns, and present clear reports that support internal decision-making and compliance with regulatory standards.

Strong Command of Tax and VAT Procedures: The role involves managing VAT calculations, filing returns, preparing supporting documents, and ensuring accurate tax reporting. The accountant must stay updated with UAE tax laws and maintain compliance by preparing timely and accurate submissions to the relevant authorities.

Coordination and Communication Excellence: The accountant will work closely with internal departments such as operations, HR, logistics, and management to ensure seamless financial workflows. Strong communication skills are essential for addressing queries, clarifying financial details, and supporting various teams with data needed for smooth operations.

Advanced Software and System Management: This position requires proficiency in financial software including Zoho Books and Odoo, along with advanced MS Excel skills for data analytics, reporting, and documentation.
