Financial Reporting and Analysis: The Accountant will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial statements, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring compliance with UAE accounting standards. You will analyze financial data, monitor expenses, and provide insights that support management in making data-driven financial decisions.

Accounts Management and Reconciliation: Your role will involve handling daily accounting operations, including payables, receivables, reconciliations, and journal entries. You’ll ensure that all transactions are properly recorded and that financial statements reflect true and fair values in accordance with company policies.

VAT and Compliance Management: You will manage VAT filings, input/output reconciliations, and ensure full compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations. The position requires deep understanding of VAT laws, return filing, and maintaining audit-ready documentation for smooth financial operations.

System Efficiency and Software Proficiency: You’ll be expected to manage accounting tasks using modern financial software like Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems. This includes generating reports, maintaining data accuracy, and integrating financial systems to streamline accounting processes within the organization.

Budgeting and Cost Control: You will collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets, monitor spending, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Your analytical skills will help ensure financial efficiency while supporting the organization’s long-term business strategy and profitability goals.

Audit Preparation and Coordination: The Accountant will assist external auditors during annual audits, preparing all necessary reports, schedules, and supporting documents. Ensuring audit readiness and adherence to internal controls will be an important part of your responsibilities.
