Role Overview: Italfood LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing finance team in the UAE. The successful candidate will handle daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE accounting standards. This position is ideal for professionals who possess a solid foundation in accounting principles and are eager to grow within a dynamic organization.

Financial Management: As an Accountant, you will oversee the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial statements and reports. You will monitor all financial transactions, reconcile ledgers, and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing. The role demands precision, integrity, and a proactive approach to maintaining the company’s financial health.

ERP and Software Proficiency: The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations through ERP systems. You will handle data entries, automate reporting functions, and support digital financial transformations to ensure that the company’s records remain transparent, efficient, and compliant with business objectives.

Taxation and Compliance: The role involves ensuring compliance with UAE tax laws and VAT regulations. You will prepare tax returns, support audits, and manage necessary documentation to ensure that all accounting practices align with both local and international standards.

Accounts Payable and Receivable: You will monitor accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring payments are processed on time and that receivables are tracked effectively. The candidate will also handle vendor and customer reconciliations and work closely with the finance manager to optimize cash flow operations.

Team Coordination and Reporting: Collaboration is key in this role. The Accountant will liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and auditors to ensure smooth communication and accurate financial reporting. You will be expected to present clear reports and analyses that aid in strategic business decisions.
