Job Overview: SAMS Dubai is seeking detail-oriented Accountants to join our dynamic finance team. The role is designed for professionals who can manage daily accounting operations, particularly focused on e-commerce transactions. Your contributions will ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial records while supporting overall financial reporting processes.

Daily Accounting Operations: You will be responsible for performing daily bookkeeping and maintaining accurate accounting records. This includes entering financial transactions, managing ledgers, and ensuring timely recording of all financial activities. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role.

E-commerce Accounting: The role has a strong focus on e-commerce platforms, including marketplaces and payment gateways. You will manage settlements, reconcile transactions, and ensure that online sales are accurately reflected in the company’s financial systems. Familiarity with e-commerce accounting practices will be highly valued.

Bank & Accounts Reconciliation: You will perform regular bank reconciliations and verify accounts to ensure all financial discrepancies are identified and resolved. This includes reconciling supplier and customer accounts and collaborating with internal teams to maintain precise financial records.

Financial Reporting Support: The Accountant will assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Your role will involve compiling data, supporting audits, and ensuring that reports accurately reflect the company’s financial performance. Your work will contribute to informed management decisions.

Compliance & Accuracy: Ensuring compliance with UAE accounting standards and internal policies is a key responsibility. You will maintain well-organized records, support audits, and help implement accounting best practices across the organization. Accuracy and reliability are essential for this position.
