We are currently seeking experienced Account Receivable professionals to join our prestigious hospital in Abu Dhabi for two key roles: Accounts Receivable Specialist and Accounts Payable Specialist. These positions offer excellent opportunities for qualified accountants to contribute to our healthcare facility's financial operations.

Accounts Receivable Specialist Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire AR operations, ensuring efficient processing and timely collections in accordance with hospital policies. Key responsibilities include working with external auditors on AR reconciliations, managing cash applications and outstanding invoices, handling customer disputes, and preparing monthly reconciliation reports. You will also oversee daily cash deposit vouchers, credit card receipts, and ensure proper booking of unallocated receipts using SAP.

Accounts Payable Specialist Position:

This role involves managing all accounting transactions, including verification, allocation, posting, and reconciliation of business transactions. The position requires expertise in petty cash management, accounts receivable follow-up, and bank-related activities. You will be responsible for generating aging reports, statements of accounts, coordinating with key customers, and ensuring timely collections while adhering to head office policies.

Both positions require candidates to hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and possess a minimum of 6 years of total experience, with at least 3 years specifically in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with EMR and ERP software systems are essential. Healthcare industry experience will be highly valued.

The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You should be able to maintain accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and local regulations.
