Role Overview: As an AC Technician at DGM Investment LLC, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of air conditioning systems, including split units, window units, and central AC systems. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail to ensure optimal cooling performance for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Installation Duties: You will perform complete installation of air conditioning systems, which includes measuring and cutting ductwork, connecting electrical components, and testing the cooling capacity to meet manufacturer and safety standards. Your work will ensure customers receive reliable and energy-efficient AC solutions tailored to their needs.

Maintenance Responsibilities: Regular preventive maintenance will be a core part of your duties. This includes checking refrigerant levels, cleaning filters, inspecting wiring, and lubricating moving parts. Maintaining these systems will reduce breakdowns and extend equipment life.

Repair & Troubleshooting: You will diagnose and resolve system malfunctions, including mechanical failures, refrigerant leaks, and electrical issues. Using specialized tools and testing devices, you will identify problems quickly and apply effective solutions to restore performance.

Safety & Compliance: All work must be performed in compliance with UAE safety regulations and company policies. You will ensure all electrical connections are secure, refrigerants are handled safely, and waste materials are disposed of according to environmental standards.

Customer Service: In addition to technical work, you will communicate effectively with clients to explain maintenance schedules, repair requirements, and system upgrades. Excellent customer interaction is essential to maintaining the company’s reputation for quality service.
